Who we are
Ur Tiny Talks (UTT) is a free kids' development program operating at urtinytalks.com. We're committed to protecting the privacy of children, parents, and partners who interact with us.
What we collect
When you register a child for an event, we collect:
- Child's name, age, and (optionally) class/grade
- Parent/guardian's name, phone, and email
- Programs of interest and how you heard about us
- Photo/video consent preferences
When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email. When you contact us, we collect what you choose to share in the form.
Why we collect it
- To coordinate registration, attendance, and event-day logistics
- To send you confirmations, reminders, and (with consent) photos
- To share occasional updates about new events (newsletter)
- To respond to your queries
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never share contact details with third parties for marketing.
- We never share photos of your child without your consent.
Photos & videos
We may photograph or record events for documentation and sharing on our website and social media. This is opt-in on the registration form — uncheck the box and your child will not be featured.
Data storage & security
Registration and contact data is stored securely on Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security enabled. Only authorized UTT team members can access it.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time. Email info@urtinytalks.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use minimal cookies — only what's needed for the site to work and for privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible / Vercel Analytics). No advertising trackers.
Changes
We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
